Such synchronicity. Very recently I've been asking myself as a White person, what would it be like to think like an indigenous person? Immediately my priorities shift. I find myself reconsidering actions - like growing more and spending less. Thank you so much, Katie, for this clear look at what's going on. it deepens my commitment to approach life in fresh ways.

Check out this substantial list of articles and resources about data centers and AI, compiled by Tish O'Dell of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund:

Loch, I don't know how to live in denial of our society's realities. Your method does not work for me.

"How do YOU keep healthy in a toxic world? How do you deal with rules and regulations that prohibit local authority? What do you consider constructive use of your attention at this time?"

Great questions! Here are my personal answers. I keep healthy in a toxic world by practicing the Serenity Prayer. I cannot control cell tower radiation, or data centers, or glyphosate contamination, or AI, or any of the other contaminants and pollutants. Beyond doing my best to mitigate these things, I have to relax and trust in a Loving Higher Power who loves me and wants to protect me. Therefore, 91st Psalm style, I AM PROTECTED! So, I absolutely do not worry about these things. They do not exist in my reality.

Laws, rules, and regulations are for the wicked, not for the saints. I am a saint, I am safe and protected by a loving God, who came to earth and died for me, so that I might see the depth of God's love for me. I live in the Kingdom of Heaven. God has no law, God is love, and love needs no law. If, in following the path of love and service, I discover myself breaking one of mans laws, I remember what Peter said to the Sanhedrin and the Temple priests, "We obey God, rather than men." So it is, I am safe and protected, and the wicked will rage, and imagine a vain thing, but though I am killed, there is no problem, all is well, for I live within God, and God within me.

Fighting, opposing, and struggling for power, dominance, and control is NOT a constructive use of my time or attention. The more I fight evil, the more I become evil. Humankind has been struggling and fighting evil for 6000 years, and evil has only grown, it has not shrunk. I think of the words of my savior, "Resist ye no evil, but counter evil with good." There are ample and inexhaustible opportunities for me to be of service to others. I can help everyone I come into contact with. I have inexhaustible resources at my disposal. I am a child of the Great King, Jesus of Nazareth, the promised Messiah and True King of all Israel. I am safe and protected, I am fully resourced, I have the enviable luxury of being able to be kind and honorable to all humans, and to see what I can do to be of loving service to them all. I do not have to fight or oppose anyone. The wicked imagine a vain thing, I hold no grudges, such are lost in the hell-realm, and do not know how to escape. All of their wickedness is nothing more than attempting to find a way out, but never finding the true door. "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Lo, it is done- everyone is forgiven, nobody is under condemnation.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. This means that love, and service to others, and being grateful in this present moment, is the key to another reality. AI, cell towers, banks, debt, politics, wars, genocides, laws... these are all aspects of the hell-real realm. These things are not real to me. I don't pay any attention to them.
